Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Create high-quality visual content for websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, and other digital channels.
Work on developing and maintaining brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
Develop design strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
Create designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements.
Edit and retouch images for use in various digital and print materials.
Select appropriate fonts and typography treatments to enhance the visual appeal and readability of design materials.
Conduct quality checks on design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design work.
Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions as necessary to achieve the desired outcomes.
Develop motion graphics and animations for promotional videos, ads, and other multimedia content.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Minimum 3 years proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
Proficiency in graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills in graphic design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
Understanding of branding principles and design techniques.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
