As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Manager to handle and build the digital presence of our beauty and skincare brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement creative social media strategies across all platforms
• Design monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and launches
• Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity

2. Content Planning & Publishing:

• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality visuals
• Maintain consistency in content quality and brand aesthetics

3. Community Management:

• Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and engagement
• Build and maintain a strong and active online community
• Handle customer interactions professionally and effectively

4. Campaign & Influencer Management:

• Identify, collaborate, and manage influencers and brand ambassadors
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and sales
• Coordinate with PR and marketing teams for integrated campaigns

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization:

• Monitor analytics including reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions
• Prepare performance reports and insights for campaign improvement
• Optimize content and campaigns based on data-driven decisions

6. Paid Advertising:

• Manage paid campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Optimize ad performance and ensure effective budget utilization
• Track ROI and improve campaign efficiency

7. Market & Trend Monitoring:

• Stay updated with latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates
• Analyze competitor activity and industry best practices
• Identify new growth opportunities for brand visibility
