Previous experience as GM of a food company
MSc/M.Tech in food technology, M.Sc. in dairy science
Minimum Graduation degree in food technology/ dairy technology/ biotechnology or similar field
Minimum 10 years of experience in Food Industry (Experience in Ice cream or Dairy industry will be added advantage)
Well versed with food quality standards like HACCP, ISO, NS and other quality standards

Overall management of the organization- making sure all HOD and departments are performing as per expectations or exceeding expectation
To ensure company is meeting all targets set in the business plan and that all operational key performance indicators are constantly delivered
Ensure budgetary controls on all the cost parameters
Ensure organizational safety and discipline
Stock planning
Ensure statutory and quality compliance of company
Research and development; ensure company is ahead of competitors in quality and new product launch
Coordinate with all departments and make sure SOP is implemented, monitored and regularly reviewed
Prepare production plan, recruitment of daily wage labours during peak seasons as per product schedule
Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day to day operation to exceed our customer’s expectations
Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
