Technical background with sound management knowledge
Minimum 5 years experience in technical training centre
Ability to interpret the CTEVT policy of the nation
Strong management, organization and leadership skills
Should have experience or knowledge of developing and executing training programs

Responsible for carrying out necessary duties during the establishment phase of the company including company registration and administrative tasks
Plan and implement effective and clear operational and management procedures that is consistent with the mission, values and goals of the training school
Develop and supervise instructional programs of the school, evaluate lesson plans and their execution
Plan budget and cost of yearly training activities and overall resource requirement for training
Ensure training programs are conducted smoothly and constantly monitor the programs' success
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management
