Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and implementing effective strategies to drive the success and growth of the business. The General Manager will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, managing budgets, and coordinating with various departments.
