Provide visionary strategic direction for elevating the Cricket Association of Nepal to new heights, aligning with the overall mission and goals of the organization.
Effectively communicate, execute strategies, and ensure timely reporting to the Board while building strong stakeholder relationships.
Identify and solve risks, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
Set the tone for CAN's image, represent publicly, and uphold business ethics.
Lead with a results-driven approach, emphasizing effective motivation, strong leadership, and achievement within the Cricket Association of Nepal.
