General Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing various administrative services mainly procurement, contract administrations, safety and space management, installations and maintenance of facilities in the office premises etc. He will also be expected to implement standard work procedures, policies and other criterias set by the General Administrative Manager.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing a range of administrative activities including procurement of office supplies, travel arrangements, coordination of meetings and office functions, records management, attendance management, insurance of properties etc.
- Travel frequently to cities outside Kathmandu Valley to find office space on rent for POD establishements, liaise with the land lords on building facilities.
- Manage and coordinate other administrative related duties for outside Kathmandu valley offices as well
- Prepare and oversee the contracts with landlords and other parties
- Liaise with store & vendors for arrangement of furniture and equipments for office
- Responsible for taking necessary safety precautions and ensuring safety of staff and properties
- Responsible for taking prompt actions for installation, repair and maintenance of properties and arranging smooth supply of utilities
- Oversee the Petty Cash Expenses and Travelling Allowances & related facilities
- Responsible for updating records in the software used by the company
- Monitor and ensure proper use of office vehicles, equipments and other facilities
- Perform other duties as assigned
