This is a brand-new position that will require front-end web development skills as well as knowledge of UI/UX and SEO. As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll play an essential role in crafting intuitive, visually stunning landing pages and interfaces that captivate and delight users. 

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Leverage your expertise in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress to bring your designs to life and ensure their seamless execution. 
• User-Centered Design Philosophy: Conduct thorough user and competitor research, extracting valuable insights that guide design choices. Maintain an unwavering commitment to a user-centric approach throughout the entire design process. 
• UI/UX Excellence: Develop visually captivating user interfaces while orchestrating intuitive and seamless user experiences, all while adhering to brand guidelines, usability principles, and UI design best practices. 
• Landing Page Strategy and Enhancement: Distinguish between landing pages and homepages, then tailor and optimize pages to suit specific target audiences. Craft conversion-focused designs that seamlessly merge aesthetics with practical solutions to achieve client objectives. 
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to vividly conceptualize and effectively communicate design ideas. 

 Skills and Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven record of working and communicating with an international team in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. 
• Experience in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
• Experience in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular, along with experience in using CMS tools like WordPress. 
• Familiarity with version control systems like GIT. 
• Portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects and front-end development work. 
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design. 

Nice to have

• Knowledge of usability testing and user research methodologies. 
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Proto.io. 
• Familiarity with UX/UI design for mobile applications. 
• Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines. 
• Experience with animation and interaction design. 
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
