Full Stack Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and contribute to the development of innovative and reliable web-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications (both front-end and back-end)
• Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces
• Build and manage APIs and server-side logic
• Work with databases including design, optimization, and security
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Deploy applications and provide ongoing maintenance and support

Core Duties:

1. Front-End Development:

• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces
• Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ensure a responsive and user-friendly design

2. Back-End Development:

• Build server-side logic and APIs
• Work with technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP
• Handle authentication, authorization, and business logic

3. Database Management:

• Design and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Write efficient queries and ensure data security
• Optimize database performance

4. Integration & API Development:

• Connect front-end and back-end systems
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs
• Integrate third-party services

5. Testing & Debugging:

• Identify and resolve bugs
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Ensure application stability

6. Version Control:

• Use Git for code management
• Collaborate through shared repositories

7. Deployment & Maintenance:

• Deploy applications on servers or cloud platforms
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues
• Maintain and update systems regularly

8. Security & Performance Optimization:

• Ensure application security (data protection, encryption)
• Improve speed, efficiency, and scalability

9. Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams
• Participate in planning and development meetings
