Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Sales Operations Executive will be responsible for managing daily sales administrative functions, coordinating across departments, ensuring timely order processing, handling tender documentation, and supporting sales performance through efficient systems and reporting. The role requires strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Coordination

Maintain daily administrative operations of the Sales Department
Coordinate with Sales Heads, Service, Store, and Finance teams for smooth workflow
Ensure timely processing, delivery, and proper handover of goods/projects
Monitor team progress and identify operational gaps

Order Processing & Documentation

Process all sales orders accurately and on time
Maintain proper documentation of agreements and contracts
Develop and maintain an organized filing system (physical & digital)
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Reporting & Data Management

Maintain and organize financial and non-financial data
Prepare periodic sales and operational reports
Track inventory records and report to concerned departments

Tender Management

Handle end-to-end tender documentation and submission
Coordinate with internal teams for timely preparation and submission
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines

Customer Support & Communication

Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support
Inform clients of delays, issues, or changes proactively
Ensure strong customer relationship management

Marketing & Promotional Support

Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials
Coordinate promotional activities and track related expenses

Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
Resolve administrative issues through analysis and coordination

General Administration

Support other departments with administrative tasks
Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination/operations/admin
