Job Description

Department: Front Office
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Manage and overlook the smooth operations of the Front Office.
Training and Development of Front Office staff.
Attend the daily Manager of the day (MOD) roles and responsibilities.
Coordinates and supports other departments to achieve the company’s vision, mission, and goals.
Strive to continually improve internal and external customer satisfaction and maximize the performance of the department.
Safety and personal requests are to be provided as per the needs of apartment guests.
To offer assistance with administration and student counseling as support services to the admissions department as per the need.
Handling communication regarding GATE to and from guardians, students, partners, staff, teachers, visitors, and guests of the Apartment.
