• Work with the team in cohesion and extract the design specifications from client's requirement
• Convert PSDs to responsive web development with the company's coding standards
• Able to lead a team of few and have the zeal to undertake new design trends and be bold enough to present to others
• We don't want you to think outside the box but instead want you to ponder options other than the box itself.
• Creativity will be tested on daily basis and will be challenged to better it daily.
• Ability to design that is clean and that would have WOW effect with or without wire-frames is desired but not compulsory.
• Provide knowledge sharing session on timely basis to scale the team's progress.
• Work under Tight Deadlines under direct supervisor or independently.
