We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer , where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, administrative and financial tasks. We’re looking for a candidate who combines outstanding communication abilities with a polished, professional presence and a proven knack for juggling multiple tasks seamlessly in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors professionally and courteously.
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Handle and route inquiries via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Maintain visitor logs and keep the reception area tidy.
Handle all bookkeeping for the organization, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations
Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Coordinate ordering and delivery of tea, coffee, and water from nearby vendors.
Assist with basic data entry and document handling as needed.
Monitor and respond to messages and comments on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
Share content as instructed and escalate any unusual or important customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to answer customer queries promptly.
Record all daily financial transactions accurately in the general ledger.
Generate and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum +2/Intermediate level of education, preferably in Accounting or Business Administration
Proven experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
