Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Giving first-hand information to visitors
Maintaining record of Visitors
Communicating updates and information to concerned parties
Maintaining records of attendance of students and teachers of the classes
Constant reporting to the administration
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans
Preparing meeting and training rooms
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
Sorting and distributing mail
Provide excellent customer service
Scheduling appointments

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:More than 20 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor completed in business, communication and or information management related subjects
Should have positive attitude and is extrovert, confident, smart and cheerful all the time
Should be hard working and have knowledge of customer care and front desk management
Handling clients and customers visits, monitoring and guiding primary first hand inquiry
Should have fluency in speaking and writing in English
Ability to maintain records of the students and instructors' attendance of the running classes, coordinate and communicate with the colleagues and higher level authority
