Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Giving first-hand information to visitors
Maintaining record of Visitors
Communicating updates and information to concerned parties
Maintaining records of attendance of students and teachers of the classes
Constant reporting to the administration

Working Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
2 years experience in relevant field

Knowledge of: Tests (SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT, GRE), basic knowledge of abroad study counselling.

Skills required: Tactfully handling the visitors, communicating with the teachers and students, basic computer skills, maintain the personality

Ability to: Maintain records of the students and teachers’ attendance of the running classes, coordinate and communicate among the colleagues and higher level authority.

Salary: Rs. 17,000.00 for qualified candidates.
