Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Ensure proper front office management as per company policy and work requirements
Handling Telephonic queries and calls (inbound & Outbound) on behalf of the company
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ensuring interdepartmental coordination
Coordinating Test preparation Department and matters related with
Follow up for students as required
Maintaining database and reporting to top management
Ensuring a first-class experience for students, parents and Channel partners
Maintain high team standards of integrity, ethics and ensuring streamlined operation
