  • Bachelor's degree in Management or other related disciplines. High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a front desk officer
  • Should have excellent communication/ interaction skills
  • Should possess strong pleasing personality
  • Should be very accountable and should have quality of giving attention to details
  • Should be flexible on working time
  • Competent in using Internet, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Nepali language typing
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Proficient in English and Nepali both (oral and written)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Problem-solving skills and good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic candidate for Front Desk Officer to take charge of all the consultancy’s day-to-day operations and undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk

  • Keep front desk presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Greet and align guests and answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files and monitor office expenses and costs
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
