Job Description

  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering questions and addressing complaints
  • Make and receive calls and forward to the concerned departments
  • Maintain records of visitors and clients and follow up in regular pace
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, etc
  • Assist administration on daily routine works
  • Other duties as assigned
