Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Maintain visitor records and manage front desk operations
Provide information regarding school procedures, admissions, and events
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments as required
Maintain records, files, and basic documentation
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is an advantage
Good IT skills, especially MS Word and Excel
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
