Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients, students, and visitors with a positive, helpful, and cheerful attitude.
Direct visitors to the appropriate office or concerned personnel.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls as required.
Provide accurate information to visitors, callers, and other stakeholders.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document handling.
Provide data entry support for daily operational tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Handle general inquiries and guide visitors appropriately.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills (English required; Nepali preferred)
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good typing skills in English and Nepali
Pleasant personality with a professional appearance
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Location Note: This position is based in Itahari. Candidates residing in nearby areas are encouraged to apply. Applicants who are willing to relocate to Itahari are also highly encouraged to apply.
