Roles and responsibilities of this job

Elite Grand School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nepali Teacher for the Primary Level to nurture young learners and build a strong foundation in the Nepali language. The ideal candidate will create an engaging and supportive classroom environment that encourages creativity, communication, and cultural appreciation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the Nepali language curriculum.
Facilitate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to promote a cohesive educational experience.
Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and classroom activities using basic MS Office tools.
Engage with parents and guardians to foster strong home-school connections.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Qualifications and Expectations:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Nepali teacher at the primary level.
Proficiency in basic MS Office applications and computing for effective documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.
