Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Front Desk Assistant / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, handle communication with clients, support basic administrative and marketing coordination tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
Maintain and regularly update a database of prospective leads.
Support marketing activities by coordinating leads and inquiries.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests courteously.
Handle front desk administration, including visitor registration and record-keeping.
Prepare quotations and basic documents as instructed by management or the sales team.
Maintain organized files, records, and office documentation.
Coordinate with back-office and technical teams for smooth daily operations.
Track and maintain staff attendance and prepare basic reports.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presents a professional image.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s degree (Management, IT, or related field preferred).
Prior experience as a front desk assistant, receptionist, or administrative staff is an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.
Confidence in handling phone calls and professional client interactions.
Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email, internet).
Ability to prepare quotations, documents, and simple reports.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic understanding of sales/marketing coordination is a plus.
Ability to coordinate effectively with different teams.
