Job Overview

The Front Desk Officer will be crucial in ensuring an exceptional guest experience at Prakriti Resort & Organic Farm. This role involves welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, personable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service in line with our resort's sustainable hospitality values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services & Relations
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Provide information about the resort’s amenities, activities, and the surrounding area.
  • Professionally handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Reservation Management
  • Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications through our booking system.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and special requests are met.
  • Billing & Payment Processing
  • Manage guest billing, process payments, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Prepare invoices and provide detailed billing information to guests as needed.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as the central point of contact for guests, connecting them to various resort services (e.g., transportation, dining, excursions).
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Administrative Duties
  • Maintain front desk logs and records, including guest feedback and requests.
  • Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction for management review.
