Job Description

Man Is Power Employment is seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Documentation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling client inquiries, and ensuring all documentation processes are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Handle all aspects of client documentation, including collecting, verifying, and processing documents.
  • Ensure that all client records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist clients with document-related queries and provide necessary support.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar.
