Job Description

Safal International Education Consultancy is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic mid-level Front Desk Officer to join our team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all visitors and clients. This position will require strong organizational and communication skills to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all visitors and clients
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Answer questions and provide information to visitors and clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
