Job Description

Hotel Kailash Kutee is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage hotel reservations, including processing bookings, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including the reception desk, lobby, and guest waiting areas.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards to uphold the quality of service.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide recommendations and information to guests.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
