Job Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Officer with a pleasant personality and dynamic professional attitude to provide professional and friendly service to all our customers and visitors.

  • Maintain positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Ensure timely and accurate customer service
  • Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests
  • Respond to questions and concerns of visitors and guide them to the concerned department if they have any queries
  • Keep records of customer’s interactions, phone calls, and complaints

Note: Female candidates will be given preference. Working hours for this role is 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
