Dharma Adventures Pvt. Ltd, a luxury adventure travel company, catering to an up market clientele, is looking for qualified and skilled full time professional for the specified position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and answer telephone calls politely and professionally, take messages and forward it to the concerned staff members accurately and immediately
- Manage the front desk by providing friendly, polite, and efficient interface between the company and visitors
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs
- Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff
- Log and maintain outgoing and incoming letter and forward to the concerned personnel
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area by complying with policy and procedures of the company
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management
