Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Responsible for handling all the incoming and outgoing calls
Arrange the schedule of offline and online classes as per the suggestion of the program coordinator.
Proficient in Nepali and English typing and able to handle MS Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) efficiently.
Basic knowledge of Email, the Internet, and application software.
Responsible to attend the visitor and being able to explain the course content clearly.
To work within office policies, guidelines, and procedures
Able to write the report in English and present it to the expert team
Other duties as assigned by higher authority

Note:
Time:Morning Shift ( 7:00 to 2:00 PM)
Female candidates are highly preferable

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum having 2 years work experience in relevant field
Strong command over English and Nepali Language speaking and typing
Good communication skills
A complete knowledge of MS Office
Must be good in computer and preference for Nepali typing
