Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and service-oriented Driver cum Office Assistant to support our daily transportation and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting staff and company materials while assisting with office errands, document handling, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Safely drive company vehicles for official assignments and staff transportation.
Ensure timely delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and office materials.
Assist with bank visits, government office submissions, courier services, and other official errands.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and routine maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
Keep vehicle documents, insurance, tax, and servicing records updated.
Report any vehicle issues and coordinate timely repairs and maintenance.
Support office administration with filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.
Assist in purchasing office supplies and coordinating logistics when required.
Follow traffic rules and company safety policies at all times.
Perform other office support and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Educational Qualification

Minimum SEE/SLC passed (preferred).
+2 (Intermediate) qualification will be an added advantage.
Basic reading and writing skills in Nepali and simple English are preferred.

Experience

Must possess a valid driving license.
Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience.
Prior experience in office assistance, document delivery, logistics, courier services, or field support will be an advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent knowledge of Kathmandu Valley routes and surrounding areas.
Safe driving record with strong knowledge of traffic rules and road safety.
Good time management and punctuality.
Honest, trustworthy, and responsible with a professional attitude.
Ability to handle multiple errands efficiently.
Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while supporting the administrative team.
Flexible to work beyond regular office hours when required.
