Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk / Documentation Officer to join our team at Fairway Education Hub, a leading immigration and education consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role and possess strong knowledge and experience in handling immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, faxes, and packages
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, keeping it stocked with necessary supplies
  • Provide administrative support, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assist clients with filling out forms and completing necessary documentation
  • Collaborate with the immigration and education consultants to ensure prompt and accurate processing of documents
  • Maintain and update client records in the database
  • Compile and maintain reports on client documentation status
  • Create and maintain templates for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist in their implementation
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely submission of required documents
  • Assist clients with resume and CV making, as well as provide guidance on improving their documents
