Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as Front Desk / Documentation Officer. This role combines front desk reception responsibilities with documentation support for student applications and visa processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients, visitors, and students in a professional and friendly manner. 
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently. 
  • Provide accurate information about services, programs, and application procedures. 
  • Handle CRM entries and ensure all client information is recorded and updated properly. 
  • Assist in booking IELTS/PTE test dates and guide students regarding exam registration procedures. 
  • Assist students in preparing, organizing, and submitting documentation for Australian university/college applications and visa processes. 
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents before submission. 
  • Coordinate with counselors and visa officers to maintain workflow efficiency. 
  • Maintain and update student documentation records in the system. 
  • Follow up with students and institutions to track the status of applications.
