Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Sr. Student Counselor – Study Abroad to guide students aspiring to study abroad. The ideal candidate will provide personalized counseling, assist with admissions and visa processes, and ensure a seamless journey for students applying to foreign universities.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students for study abroad programs, admissions, and visa processes.
Shortlist universities and institutions based on student interests and potential.
Connect with new students generated through marketing activities.
Conduct proactive follow-ups on student inquiries (walk-ins and telephonic).
Prepare student university applications and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes.
Maintain accurate records of counseled students and prepare regular reports.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and university sessions for students.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Graduation in any specialization.
More than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of overseas education, preferably Australia, US, UK, and related study visas.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Open to travel as required.
