Job Description

  • This job involves the general check-in/check- out duties; attending to the phone and email;answering queries; coordinating with the various department; general security of the property;and guests and to maintain a high level of customer service.
  • The applicant will be responsible for receiving, updating and coordinating reservations and billing with guests and the head office.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient check in/out process.
  • Perform cashier duties and finalize guests; bills and issue receipts/invoices.
  • Perform general secretarial duties, such as preparing correspondence and attending to administrative tasks.
  • Ensure that the guest needs are attended to and the guests are satisfied.
  • Communicate with guests with enthusiasm and make them feel appreciated through displayed actions
  • Work to keep the bar area well stocked, orderly and clean.
  • Responsible for mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room following standard recipes and procedures
  • Arrange glasses and bottles to maintain an attractive display in agreement with bar standards
  • Sterilize and wash stemware when necessary
  • Reach out and offer assistance and service to guests at the bar, dining and elsewhere.
  • The applicant would be required to relocate for a short duration to the franchise/partner hotel in order to train and provide assistance when needed.
  • The applicant will be provided with formal training in the hotel in order to familiarize, with the hotel's operational standards and procedures.
  • The applicant will work closely in a team and will be assisted by an operation manager and the Brands Chief Executive.
