JOB POSITION : Front Desk and Social Media Handler 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Front Desk

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, inquiries.
  • Manage appointments and scheduling.
  • Maintain front office area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as data entry and document filing.

Social Media Handling

  • Deal with online orders (Facebook , WhatsApp and Instagram ) and maintain detail in excel sheet. 
  • Monitor social media interactions and respond to comments/messages.
  • Track and analyze social media performance.
  • Monitor social media interactions, responding to customer comments/messages with product information, offers and new product details.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement effective strategies.
  • Provide all the necessary details about aiwibi products and dealers. 
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone providing information about AIWIBI products. 
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner and keep record of it.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policy.
  • Promote AIWIBI products by highlighting new releases, best-sellers, or promotions in a customer-friendly way. 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in customer service or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram) and basic Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to manage customer inquiries, appointments, and track social media interactions effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
