Hotel Royal Singi Pvt Ltd is a city center modern hotel located in the center of Kathmandu (Kamaladi) known for its recently renovated facilities and over 25 years of service excellence in the Hospitality Industry in Nepal. With over 90 guest rooms, 3 F&B Outlets and over 7000 sq. ft. of meeting spaces, we are now gearing our hotel to accommodate our increased operational levels and are looking for dynamic, energetic and motivated team players in the following capacities to join our team. Job Description

  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Document reporting or call history in required format and maintain complete and accurate records
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
  • Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
