We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Front Desk & Admin Assistant to join our team in Sanepa, Lalitpur. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that make a real impact in the energy and utility sectors. Role Expectations: 

Services include but are not limited to the following:

Front Desk Responsibilities:

Reception Duties: 

  • Great and assist visitors and clients, ensuring welcoming and professional front office experience. 
  • Answer direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area. 
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services. 
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff, including interviews for candidates. 
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, including setup and troubleshooting equipment. 
  • Address client concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments. 
  • Support event planning, including booking venues and managing attendee lists. 

HR Support: 

  • Assist in onboarding new staff by preparing workstations and welcoming materials. 
  • Respond to emergencies by contacting relevant personnel or authorities. 
  • Follow and update safety protocols during unexpected situations. 
  • Administrative and Office Support (In the Absence of Admin/HR Specialist) 
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. 
  • Track and schedule maintenance of office equipment and facilities. 
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records. 
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments. 
  • Support procurement tasks, liaising with vendors and managing office supplies. 
  • Collect work updates from all departments and share them with HR every Tuesday. 
  • Assist with housekeeping tasks to ensure office cleanliness and proper organization.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in front desk operations, administrative support, or HR roles. 
  • Minimum educational qualification: +2 (High School Diploma or equivalent); at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar work environment preferred. 
  • Strong proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written, with excellent organizational skills. 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities effectively, and maintain confidentiality in all tasks. 
  • Proficiency in office management, clerical functions, and providing HR support with keen attention to detail.
