Tired of repetitive month end procedures? Ready to pull your sleeves up and innovate the finance processes at technology driven company? We are in the look out for a seriously high achiever to help us head the finance department who will overlook Financial Planning and Accounting (FPNA).

Responsibilities: 

• Build out an innovative finance processes ground up to deliver fast, accurate and compliant results
• Ambitious and pushes to improve the speed and quality of information into the hands of decision makers
• Setting up and overseeing the company’s financial management system
• Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly and annual taxes
• Play a managerial role where she/he will oversee all accounting activities
• Work closely with Cost Engineers and Development Engineers in Cost Reduction Program
• Coordinating with external auditors and if necessary leading the audit process
• Applying your broad skill base to any challenges arising in the team
• Take initiative to identify weaknesses and opportunities in how we do things and drive growth and robustness of the finance function

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Mater’s degree in Finance/Accounting
• 5 years + experience in a professional services environment, or equivalent industry
• Whiz with financial management tools e.g. MS Excel and other similar tools
• Possess exceptionally good communication skill
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines, have strong planning and organization skills, be a creative and strategic thinker
• Excellent knowledge of English
