We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Finance Sales Assistant to support the sales and servicing of financial products. The role involves guiding clients through application processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting due diligence, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will help drive customer acquisition, ensure timely repayments, and foster long-term client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell financial products and services to individual and business clients.
Advise clients on loan eligibility, application procedures, and required documentation.
Assist clients throughout the loan application and approval process.
Conduct client due diligence, including field visits, verification, and document analysis.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support timely repayments and repeat business.
Follow up with clients on repayments and address concerns professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and service delivery.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and field activities.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (preferred).
Relevant experience in financial services, sales, lending, or customer relationship management is an advantage.
Basic understanding of loan products, credit processes, and KYC regulations.
