We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting both the finance and sales departments, ensuring seamless client onboarding, financial coordination, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare financial documents, client proposals, and presentations for the sales team.
Assist with client onboarding processes, including KYC documentation and account setup.
Coordinate with the finance team for timely billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation in CRM and financial systems.
Respond to client inquiries related to pricing, products, and financial terms.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions when required.
Support marketing and promotional materials related to financial services.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
