We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with the ability to evaluate project viability, structure sustainable business models, and optimize financial performance. This role offers exposure to corporate finance, project funding, and strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate commercial and financial viability of projects through detailed financial modeling and feasibility analysis.
Develop and structure sustainable business models for long-term growth.
Manage funds, including project finance structuring and ensuring financial closure.
Actively seek project financing from banks and investors.
Oversee product costing, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis to maximize returns.
Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and reports.
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and standards.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA).
1–2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, project finance, or related fields.

Skills:

Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of project financing, fund management, and profitability analysis.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for liaising with banks and investors.
Ability to work independently and drive financial decisions.
