Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Officer to manage financial records, support budgeting processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Maintain accurate accounting data and documentation

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Requirements

Proven experience in a finance or accounting role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an added advantage
