Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Finance Officer to become a part of our growing organization and support our financial operations, compliance, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle VAT filing and compliance in accordance with applicable tax laws
Manage TDS & e-TDS filing accurately and on time
Record and maintain bank, cash, journal, and purchase entries
Manage daily financial transactions and bookkeeping activities
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation
Support account reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
Assist in internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain proper financial records in line with accounting standards

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
Good understanding of VAT, TDS, and tax compliance regulations
Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger management
Ability to manage import-related financial documentation and banking procedures
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting systems
