Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee all financial operations of the company.
Ensure accuracy in accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Manage cash flow and maintain liquidity for operational efficiency.
Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor and control costs and expenditures.
Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal use and management review.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
Support strategic decision-making with financial insights and forecasts.
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to optimize profit and revenue.
Manage vendor contracts and ensure timely payments.
Maximize company profitability through effective financial planning.
Utilize financial software and systems to enhance reporting and efficiency.
Apply strong analytical skills and industry knowledge to drive financial performance.
Payroll processing.
Regular reconciliation of party ledger and bank account.
Control and monitor company branches.
Coordinate audits, tax filings, and compliance activities.

Other Specification

Semi-qualified CA/ACCA/MBA/MBS in Finance, Accounting, or related field, having 3-5 years of experience.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial modelling.
Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills.
Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in finance-related roles.
