Job Description

  • Recording of all sales and purchase invoices
  • Credit Control
  • Making supplier payments 
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining customer and supplier relationships
  • Month end journals
  • Producing profit and loss statement monthly for Management
  • Liaising with external Accountant for audit purpose and year end
  • Other ad hoc duties
