Knowledge, skills and competencies:

Education

• Masters in finance, management, and accounting.

Work experience and competencies

• 3-5 years experience in planning, budgeting and progress reporting.
• Preparing the work plans, budget plan, travel plans, procurement plans to facilitate the implementation of the project.
• Responsible for ensuring that all the invoices and supporting documents are checked verified before making payment.
• Financial/accounting support for program during meeting, orientation and workshop as required.
• Support to prepare monthly forecast for operational and program expenses based on annual work plan.
• Prepare monthly, half yearly and year-end closing accounts.
• Assist the external auditor during organization and project audit and follow up auditor’s recommendation.
• Responsible for compliance of financial policy and internal control system while making payment.
• Any other tasks assigned related to finance.
