Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and analyse day-to-day financial activities, providing strategic insights to enhance financial performance.
• Collaborate with the finance director and senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Efficiently manage company funds, optimising cash flow and liquidity in the context of the dynamic travel and tourism industry.
• Implement financial strategies that align with the nature of the travel business.
• Ensure the accuracy of ledger balances for airlines and suppliers.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to reconcile discrepancies and streamline financial processes.
• Perform meticulous bank reconciliations and reconcile transactions with financial institutions, considering the unique financial landscape of the travel sector.
• Work closely with the finance director and senior management to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
• Provide regular financial updates and collaborate on strategic decision-making.
• Ensure timely and compliant payroll processing for all employees.
