We are looking to hire an experienced and ambitious finance professional to join our tech start-up in Nepal. The role will provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and will play a pivotal role in formulating future financial strategies. 

Job responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Understands business processes, administration, and financial management
• Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions) by ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Reviews, prepare and present monthly & quarterly financial reports to Management
• Leads planning and forecasting activities with Management to achieve business and company goal
• Assists management to make financial decisions
• Supervises employees
• Investigates means to improve profitability
• Reviews and processes payments of the company
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business

 Skills & Qualification Requirements

• 5 years of managerial experience in accounting & finance
• Post graduate degree in finance, accounting and economics, CA & CPA a plus
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
• Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong quantitative and analyzing skills
• Confident, Organized & Responsible
• Proactive personality with a team player attitude
• Adaptive with ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to stick to time constraints
• Detail oriented & decision-making skills
