A. Subsidiary Accountant Management:

• Subsidiary financial report management: To analyze the BS and PL, monitor the financial report and financial target achievement;
• Subsidiary financial budget and rolling forecast: Yearly financial budget and monthly rolling forecast. Prepare the financial analysis report and present to CFO & CEO. Control the ROS and important KPIs of subsidiary;
• Subsidiary financial risk and compliance management: To monitor and control the financial risk and compliance, monitor the tax risk, accounting data and treasury (special on foreign exchange) compliance and so on;
• Subsidiary long term plan: Based on the requirement of business module and external compliance, prepare and execute the long term subsidiary financial strategy plan.

B. Tax Management:

• Manage the tax compliance and planning work for whole subsidiary;
• Develop management regulations for tax compliance, planning and transfer pricing;
• Coordinate with internal business units such as Finance, Accounting, Treasure, Sales dept. to ensure the effective tax management regarding compliance, planning and transfer pricing;
• Study the country tax policy development trend, evaluate the impact to Huawei business for any tax policy changed by countries and develop solution;
• Review and analyze the tax effects of proposed business transactions and prepare operating guidelines for new business activity;
• Maintain relationships with external consultant to ensure a clear understanding of Huawei’s business operations and timely support on key projects;
• Lead tax persons of Huawei subsidiaries to enhance tax compliance, provide training and coaching to the regional tax team.
