We are a leading beverage company in Nepal with over 60 franchise outlets nationwide, known for delivering premium-quality beverages and excellent customer experiences. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Head to lead our finance and accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting.
Develop and implement effective financial strategies aligned with company goals.
Ensure compliance with Nepal’s tax laws, financial regulations, and internal control policies.
Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk effectively.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and present detailed reports to management.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities as required.
Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CA/ACCA preferred).
Minimum 4 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
Applicants must have prior work experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.
Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Excellent knowledge of Nepal’s taxation system, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
High integrity, discipline, and strong time management skills.
